Set the tone for a mindful and restorative holiday season by joining us for a sound bath amidst the beauty and tranquility of The Gamble House. UCLA Certified Mindfulness Coach and musician, Jahna Perricone, and Master Himalayan Singing Bowl Artist and musician, Michael Perricone will help you cultivate calm, clarity, and centeredness in a carefully crafted experience with ancient Himalayan Singing Bowls (all of which are 300-600 years old), sacred gongs, chimes, hang drums, Koshi bells, flute, guitar, and ethereal voice.
Sessions will be held on the rear terrace of the Gamble House. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket.
