This recent preservation project addressed damage to the House caused by rot and insects, restoring the structural integrity, seismic durability, and natural beauty of this incredible Craftsman home. The Thorsen House restoration team was recognized for their achievements at the 2026 California Preservation Award, winning a 2026 Preservation Design Award in the Craftsmanship/Preservation Technology category.
